frustrated

I am srsly super frustrated and fed-up w S' svc.
Just because they are the RED and main svc provider for our house telephones and what nots, I seriously doubt their working ability and training/knowledge in their own rule/product or whatsoever, after this HORRID experience with their callcentre.

Me being someone who have worked in this area before, knows how drastic the outcome can get when you promise your customers something which is clearly wrong.

Made my first call on tuesday, spoke to K, and
K- OH it is okay to call in, just get your D to do it.

Made my second call later at night, spoke to R,
R- NO it is not possible to do it over the phone, I have to fax you something and subsequently you have to fax it back, but ....

Was busy, and the fax machine was off, so I didnt get the fax subsequently.

Called again in the day on thursday, spoke to E,
E- OH it is okay to call in, just get your D to do it.
AND I WAS LIKE WTH. and I even double/triple checked it. AND HE ASKED HIS SENIOR, AND HE WAS YESSSS.

Called again at night, spoke to S,
S- AND WAS TOLD IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DO IT W/O the FAX.

OKAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, I am flying on sunday morning and have no time w these clowns.
I srsly think customer svc in S is CHUI and honestly, they kinda suck compared to ...
HAHA maybe the grass is greener on the otherside. LOL GO SH customer care, w this experience I am sure that you beat the red and useless pple anytime.

OKAY I AM SORRY THAT THIS POST IS SO ANGSTY AND WHAT NOTS. BUT I JUST HAD TO RELEASE THE FRUSTRATION WITHIN. SORRY BUT I JUST HOPE THAT I DO NOT EXPERIENCE THIS AGAIN. RARRR I SHALL JUST WAIT FOR THE MANAGER CALLBACK AND REALLY TELL THEM THAT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE LAAAH. haih I am really kinda disappointed and frustrated.
